Isoexter V series is based on full formulated systems PUR and PIR to produce rigid foams for the various applications:

* continuous lamination
* discontinuous sandwich panels
* spray
* blocks

According to the technology, the systems can be supplied at two components (polyol blend and isocyanate) or with catalyst package and blower as separate stream.

By a proper selection of the Isoexter V Pentanes, HFC 245fa, HFC 134a can be used as blowers;
Isoexter V water based are also available in the series.
Isocom L (standard crude MDI) and Isocom M (high functionality MDI) are the two Isocyanates to be used in combination with Isoexter V.

According to the grade utilized, panels meeting the main requested fire standard in the market are produced: DIN 4102 (class B3,B2,B1), BS476, SBI European standard.

Every Isoexter V can be adapted via the necessary modification by Coim to the specific plant working condition of the customer.
